Some of you may know that I’ve recently changed departments.  From PICU to theatre!  From shift work to normal hours (Mon-Fri 8am-430pm)!  All thanks to God and those who have been faithfully praying for me. Hats off to all the nurses (Anny & Mel), for I definitely know how unpleasant it is to work night duties.

Despite how much I hated night duty; there was one thing that I’ve managed to gain out of it.  In between saving lives, I managed to squeeze in some time to read ‘Fit to be tied’ by Bill and Lynne Hybels.  No, don’t be alarmed, I am not getting married.  However, I am preparing myself for marriage life.  In this book Bill and Lynne talks a lot about communication and ways to deal with disputes and disagreements in marriage and the best part how to assess a potential spouse.  Ha-ha Though the married component does not apply to me, yet (woman of faith), I’ve learnt so much and I recommend this book to those over the age of 22.

Hasta la vista, baby!  Oh, I apologies for any grammatical errors.  I usually get Leon to proof-read my writing. Ha-ha
